Our Guest Speakers are both ex International Referees - Tony Spreadbury (England's 2007 World Cup Referee) & David McHugh (Ireland's 2003 World Cup Referee).

The iRB will, in early 2009, be seeking feedback from Unions on the ELVs.
In order to assist the RFU in formulating its response, an online survey has been created, allowing participants to offer their views and comments.
