A new form has been devised for members to claim their expenses on and this is the only form that will be accepted from the start of the new season.
If you have any old forms which have the Whistler Trophy mentioned on them you must delete these as they will not be accepted.
We now have a separate method of obtaining the data for the Whistler Trophy.

You will notice on the new form that your expenses should be claimed at monthly intervals to allow the Treasurer to budget efficiently.
